The European Programmes Management Unit (EPMU) led by Programme Manager Lubomira Anastassova-Chirmiciu aims to uplift low-paid employees through sustained wage increases, individual progression plans, mentoring, and coaching. This initiative supports individuals or employers in achieving higher hourly wages and career development. Eligible participants include low-paid employees, parents, lone parents, females, and ethnic minorities.
