  3. BAL-002-WECC-2 – FERC Ruling • Approved BAL-002-WECC-2 • Approved the VRFs and VSLs • Approved Retirement of BAL-STD-002-0 upon the Effective Date of BAL-002-WECC-2 • Approved Retirement of two terms • Spinning Reserve • Non-Spinning Reserve
