  1. The Origin of Himalayan Pink Salt The pink salt was crystallized 600 million years ago from the remains of ancient seabeds. At the Khewra Salt Mine in Pakistan, it is mined from the depths of the mountains. Pink Salt One of the most often utilized elements in practically all foods. Despite the fact that pink salt is a gourmet product sold all over the world, Pakistan has historically received little of the revenues.

  2. History: Over 250 million years ago, during the Jurassic period, Himalayan Pink Salt was produced. It is naturally located in the Himalayan Mountains and has long been prized as a premium spice. Where this salt is extracted, the old sea beds inside these mountains were originally covered by lava. This salt was initially preserved by the Himalayan people. It helped prevent their seafood and meat from going bad for a long time. Today, Himalayan salt is currently extracted from salt mines in Pakistan that are close to the Himalayan foothills. Hand labor is used to remove it from the mines. Mining in this region is rigorously controlled to protect the product's quality.
