  2. Water pollution has become a very generic term these days, but it is a serious environmental problem that has grown in importance in recent years. The necessity to develop new water and wastewater treatment technologies have grown exponentially due to new and more persistent contaminants polluting the water every day. Perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) or, in general, Perfluoro Compounds (PFCs) are one of these persistent compounds found in water which are extremely hard to remove.

  3. Perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) & Perfluorooctane Sulfonate (PFOS) are one of these PFCs which are significant to treat. Watch Water GmbH, a German-based firm has come up with a new technology called Catalytic Carbon-MG to specifically remove these stubborn PFOA and PFOS.

  4. Catalytic Carbon-MG from Watch Water GmbH was created using a stabilization process on the already existing and successful Catalytic Carbon , which is made using a unique surface modification process on the best quality coconut shell activated carbon. Due to this surface modification, the product has a very strong PFOA and PFAS adsorption capacity. Catalytic Carbon-MG takes out these harmful compounds from water and makes it safe to drink.
