Through a hands-on approach, with a strong preference for doing, the accommodators asked important what and why questions, supporting an action-learning design. Warren also learned precepts of the Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and what his personal liability would be should over reach or inappropriate civil rights violations occur.
