  5. CASE 2 A 76 years old man, with known history of HT, referred from GOPD for irregular pulse. BP 168/64 mmHg. 1. What are the ECG findings? 2. What are the likely causes? 3. What are your management at AED?

  7. CASE 3 A 80 years old man presented with dizziness and got history of syncope. BP 110/80 mmHg. 1. What are the ECG findings? 2. What is the diagnosis? 3. What further investigations are indicated? 4. Discuss your management if the blood pressure dropped to 90/60 mmHg at AED.
