  1. Step-by-Step Method of Making Toilet Paper The production of paper goods with a napkin paper machine, which can be generated from wood pulp fiber or occasionally recycled materials, is the first step in the process. In the recycling sector, bleaching using oxygen, ozone, or salt gas is a frequent process. Common characteristics include those that are tinted, embossed, perforated, and scented. When making toilet paper, recycled paper is first combined with other types of paper. Producers must select an ink-removal method. It has to be cleaned and often de-inked before being pulped. It is then ground into a powder and reshaped into an extremely thin form. At the end of the process, it is bleached and perfumed. It was constructed by manufacturers from softwood and hardwood trees, specifically from tiny fragments of virgin paper fiber. The other components of the finished product are water and bleach.

  2. The processing of trees is one of the phases in the making of toilet paper. Trees are stripped of their bark. The logs are painstakingly machine debarked to preserve as much timber as possible. The log is processed by manufacturers using machinery that disassembles it into little pieces. Wood chips are sorted into batches. The wood chips and other chemicals are cooked in a large pressure cooker for around three hours. The outcome is pulp, a valuable fiber. Paper is produced from pulp. The pulp is subsequently cleaned by removing the lignin and heating agents. Until it is colorless, the pulp is bleached.

  3. Over mesh filters that enable the water to drain, the paper stock is sprayed. The paper is then pressed and dried until it reaches the correct moisture content. The paper is then fed into a napkin paper machine that cuts it into long strips and perforates it into squares. The paper logs are then wrapped after being rolled onto packages. https://www.wangdagroup.com/ Foreign Sales Hotline : 0086-595-22812726 0086-595-36306882 Cell:0086-18159139261 Fax: 0086-595-22161326 E-mail: sale@wangdagroup.com sale@topmachinerys.com
