Project Overview • Modelling Stages • Finding out exactly what the client wants • Concept art • Fine tuning to the point where both the client and the target audience is happy • Begin 3D Modelling • Setup blueprints to work from • Model from blueprints • Deliver to client • Change accordingly (rarely is client happy with the first 3D model) • Once client is happy with the model – begin rigging • Rig must be realistic and practical • Once rig is complete, apply textures • Fine tune once again until client and target audience are happy • Working very closely with the client, begin keyframe animation (end of year project)
