IT Business Cases • E-Learning • Web-based training system to educate employees about discrimination, workplace violence, harassment, and other issues affecting the safety of the workplace environment. • Least expensive way to train greatest number of employees. • Training is required by the courts.

  4. IT Business Cases • Website • OFEP requires a presence on the Intranet and Internet. • Will address frequently asked questions, educate staff about federal, state and local employment laws and post current information. • Outline the process to file a complaint and accept complaints.

Business Case Definition • Why Should These Business Cases be Funded? • Enables OFEP to track cases, web usage and acquire vital statistics for reporting purposes. • Minimizes County liability in court cases. • Educates staff about employment laws, rights and responsibilities. • Web-based formats provide 24-hour access to users.
