Join the Boulevard Park community for a Neighborhood Planning Meeting on Thursday, August 7th, 2008, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. We will discuss what a Neighborhood Plan entails, share future ideas, address current issues, and reaffirm our commitment to public participation. Topics will include neighborhood boundaries, assets and issues in the area, and steps toward improving Youngstown's image and quality of life.
