HISTOFISIOLOGIA • No corpúsculo de Malpighi forma-se o filtrado glomerular. • O tubolo contorcido proximal absorve 85% dos cloretos do sódio e da água do filtrado. • A alça de Henle é responsável pelo gradiente de hipertonicidade da medula renal • O tubolo contorcido distal é importante para regulação do pH do meio interno. • O tubolo coletor participa da manutenção ou eliminação de água do meio interno.
