  2. Please fill all mandatory fields and click on “Submit” button. Note: Fields market as * is mandatory fields. After successful registration you will receive login credentials via SMS and Email you entered while registration.
  3. Please Login with valid credentials received via email and SMS. You can use forgot password, if you have lost your credentials.
  4. Please fill all mandatory fields and clicks on Save & Continue button
  5. Please Upload Photo, signature and Left hand thumb impression. After uploading all details “Save & Continue” button will be displayed. Please click on “Save & Continue” button to go payment details page.
  6. Please select payment mode. You can do payment in Online mode or offline mode.
  7. After selecting payment mode as Online, click on Pay Now. You will be redirected to secure payment gateway. You can make online payment through net banking/Credit card/Debit card.
  8. When you select payment mode as offline, then above page will be displayed. Please download bank Challan from “Click here” link and read carefully the red color texts. Pay amount in bank using this challan. Fill the details present in your challan in above fields and click on submit
  9. After entering challan details, above page will be displayed. Please wait for 24 Hrs to get your registration slip.
  10. Don’t close this page unless until you are redirected to status page or registration slip page.
  11. Registration page will be displayed as above.
