  3. 14-car pileup A fleet of sports cars, on their way to the city of Yamaguchi for a lunchtime get-together of car enthusiasts – were caught in a 14-car pileup causing no major injuries but littering the Expressway with pieces of broken driving dreams.

  4. Impact By the last impact, the accident had claimed eight Ferraris, one Lamborghini and three Mercedes-Benzes, plus two other vehicles.

  5. A single miscalculation A single miscalculation from a Ferrari driver leading a convoy of sportscarconnoiseurs left a trail of twisted Italian and German metal trailing across this motorway in Japan.
