  2. The Calm After the Storm – NOT!!!!!But . . . we definitely have wind in our sails. Rebuild is often better than original. Change is good . . . . More transparency for administration and students. • All syllabi posted in Moodle – seated, online, and blended. • All assignment grades posted within one week. • When necessary, administration has access to verify content and contact time. Common curriculum for important courses: • 1) Orientation • 2) Desktop • 3) Comparative Cultures • CIP in place including: • Curriculum review and development. • Adjunct faculty review. Change is going to happen – being able to pivot quickly is the key to success.
