  4. OCSS Beginnings • Government employee-turned-entrepreneur • Initial funding from State of Missouri DNR • Drury offered partnership for housing organization • QUICKLY evolved into a program that serves entire Drury enterprise AND the whole region • Drury now claims “ownership” of OCSS

Grant Activities • National Clean Diesel Campaign • $2.25 million for southwest Missouri • 19 school districts, 2 governments, 22 businesses • EPA’s Indoor Air Quality • Ozarks Public Health Institute • St. John’s Health Systems • EPA’s Source Reduction • 13 businesses • Comprehensive assessments combined with project implementation
