  2. I first developed pain in my right upper trap, over nine months ago from sleeping on a poor hotel mattress. I thought it would simply go away as I have had some minor tightness and spasms over the years. I tried massage, chiropractic care, and every mineral ointment, but they only gave me temporary relief. My work schedule requires a lot of travel. Often I am only home on the weekend, so it is hard to take time away for doctor appointments.  I am so glad someone recommended Virtual PT! I can now turn my head when reversing out of the driveway! I highly recommend VPT, not only for the convenience but also the skill level of their specialists! Don. M.

  3. Don has had pain and loss of neck mobility for so long that he did not even realize that he could no longer look up or to the right. Both of these motions were not only severely limited but also caused significant pain.  The mechanical assessment revealed that he had a directional preference for right rotation. This movement improved not only his pain level but also his ability to move his head again. Our main focus is to educate and empower the patient as to what caused the mechanical problem and how he could easily eliminate his symptoms.  We then followed up with him to assure that he was progressing and was able to achieve recovery of function.” Megan Wilson DPT, Cert.
