  2. Welcome New NHS Members! Advisers: Ms. Abdalla and Mr. Ray Presidents: Phoebe Draper and Heather Yancey Vice Presidents: Morgan Owens and Caroline Wozniak Treasurers: Samantha Polk and Allison Titus Secretaries: Stephanie Credno and Libby Griffis Historians: Katelyn Luu and Albert Tong Committee Supervisors: Claire Leidinger, Amanda Meccia, Lindsay Neff, and Nina Shah Parliamentarian: Michael Messina Sergeant at Arms: Mikaela Zurick

Breakdown of hours 5 Tutoring OR Learning Lab hours: • Before or after school in Room 186 • During school in the learning lab (Computer Lab) • DTES tutoring 5 In-club hours: • Anything the secretaries send in an e-mail 10 Mixed Hours: • Tutoring, in-club, or approved out of club 20 total hours due for First Years ADD DUE DATE

Committee Events You are required to earn a group point by participating in one committee event Basket Bingo: a night of Bingo you can help organize and put on with the proceeds going to the Broad Run Pantry and the Smashing Walnuts Foundation Color Run: a 5k and Fun Run put that can help organize and put together with the proceeds going to the Madison Small Foundation and the National Meningitis Association MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE THE DAY OF THE EVENT BEFORE SIGNING UP Sign up through Google form by Monday December 15 • We are also looking for committee leaders. This is a great leadership opportunity. If you are interested please see us right after the meeting.

  5. Tutoring • Run through the NHS VPs • Be on the the lookout for an email asking you to complete tutoring preferences and information about tutoring seminars (do we have those due dates?)

  6. Tutoring Seminar • Information regarding when this will happen will be sent out in an email sent out by the VPs • Be sure to sign up for one or you won’t be able to complete your tutoring hours (do we have those dates yet?)
