  3. Standard Pediatric 16yrs and younger (if child cooperative)

  6. Left Shoulder surgery

  7. Right Shoulder surgery

  8. ENT surgery Head and Neck surgery Eye surgery

  9. Left Hip surgery

  10. Right Hip surgery

  11. Left Breast surgery
