  5. So Many Events, So Little Time • Hit larger target market • All HS students can attend • Little to no overhead • Select 6 events—variety • Teams select which event they want to manage

  6. Business Plan • Planning • Organizing • Implementing • Controlling

  7. Planning—Time • 3 hours (6:30 – 9:30 pm) • plan around practices • Sporting Events • Team events: 1 ¼ hrs. • Individual: 5 min/person • Post map with times • More than one event/team, go to next match

Planning—Sign Ups • Title of Event • Maximum number of teams you will allow? • depends on brackets • Team name & members • How many members needed for team for your particular event? • Single or double elimination? • Deadline to sign up • Be sure you leave enough room to write names • Post in Main Lobby
