Vincent Issier Senior Director of Marketing at MKS Instruments | Former Sr Director Product Line Manager at Lumentum
With significant P&L and product life cycle management knowledge, Vincent Issier is a pro at product line management.
Since joining Nanolase in 1998, Vincent Issier has held several engineering positions focusing on passive Q-switched microchip lasers. He relocated to California to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D department after JDSU purchased Nanolase in 2002.
Later, he had several managerial positions while working in R&D until 2010. Currently, Vincent Issier works at Lumentum US as a Senior Director of Product Line Management, primarily in charge of the Micromachining division.
Due to his abilities and work ethic, Vincent Issier was promoted to positions where he commanded various teams and operations. High-level product strategy development also involved Vincent Issier.
Vincent Issier oversaw the Program Management Development group while managing Lasers R&D. He had many managerial duties within the Commercial R&D group. He was appointed functional manager of the Optical and Mechanical Engineering Team.
