Building Clear Consistency: Implementing PB4L throughout the School

Establishing clear procedures and routines is essential for consistency at school. All teachers must explicitly teach and all staff members must be aware of these guidelines. The PB4L team supports team leaders in modeling and monitoring procedures. Start by enforcing rules in the classroom, at specific locations, and during transitions. Practicing the correct way through discussion, modeling, and role-playing is key. Regular review and adjustment are necessary, especially at the beginning of each term. For the PowerPoint slides or further assistance, contact the team leaders or email for a copy.
