  2. Bescherm u tegen gehoorschade !

  3. Verminder de decibels op je ipod, mp3, GSM … !!!- geluidsknop op max. 60% - gebruik een koptelefoon in plaats van oortjes !- op fuiven en festivals gebruik oordopjes !

  4. Begin er vroeg mee !

  5. Gebruik je persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM) op school en op de werkvloer !

  6. Gebruik een koptelefoon als je naar muziek luistert op ipod en mp3

  7. En laat het niet zover komen…

  8. DRAAG ER ZORG VOOR !
