  1. Know More About the Eligibility Criteria and Exam Pattern for Maharashtra CET Law Maharashtra Law CET

  2. Introduction Candidates, who are looking forward to pursue 3 year or 5 year LLB course in Maharashtra, will need to appear for Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law. On the basis of the score obtained in this exam, the colleges in Maharashtra offer admission in law courses.

  3. Also referred to as Maharashtra CET Law; a candidate in order to appear for this exam need to have the following eligibility criteria such as: 1. The candidate should be an Indian citizen 2. For 5 year LLB course, the candidate will need to pass 10+2 from a recognized board. The minimum percentage required for candidates falling under unreserved category is 45% and for reserved category it is 40%. 3. For 3 year LLB course, the candidate will need to have a graduation or a post-graduation degree from a recognized board. The percentage required for unreserved category is at least 45% and for reserved category it is 40%.

  4. 4. Candidates who are in the final year of exam are also eligible to apply 5. For 5 year LLB course, the candidate should be below 20 years of age and in case of SC, ST and OBC, a two years relaxation is provided. 6. For 3 year LLB course, the candidate should be below 30 years of age and in case of SC, ST and OBC, a five years relaxation is provided.

  5. Exam Pattern of Maharashtra Common Entrance Test for Law The exam is conducted in online mode and the duration is for 120 minutes. Within this duration the candidate needs to attempt 150 questions. The question paper contains objective type questions with 4 options and no negative marking is there.
