Investigation of β-Catenin and GAPDH in Transgenic Mice with Various Mutations

This study examines the expression levels of β-catenin and GAPDH in transgenic mice with specific mutations. Various genotypes including non-transgenic (NT) and mutant (Mut-1, Mut-2) backgrounds are analyzed to understand the impact of these mutations on β-catenin signaling pathways. The overall goal is to investigate the relationship between mutations, β-catenin expression, and cellular behaviors in transgenic models. Additionally, HSP90 levels are measured to assess protein stability in the context of the examined mutations.
