Application Lead responsibilities • Deliver according to Milestones • Ensure continuous up to date plans according to agreed reporting structure • Escalate issues on e.g. time or resources as soon as they are identified • Weekly status reporting • Progress report on each app. (Overall, License track, Scripting track) • Ensure that application team is informed, motivated and on track!
