  7. Selling the Clothing Be organized Book any necessary tables through event services ahead of time Many ways of selling: Tables (two people –at least one MCRC Staff Member) Floor Reps and Dons

  8. Collecting Money Credit/ Debit Card Terminals – Sales boosters: book them ahead of time Contact Faaria (VPF) for the money boxes and card terminal Floor Reps & Don Method –Floor Reps are not allowed to collect money –MCRC can do rounds or set shifts in common rooms with terminal

  9. Placing the Order Be organized Conduct Checks! Contact at Companies will direct you Get total approved by House Council Inform Faaria (VPF) about the order Forward invoices to Faaria

  10. Other Notes/ Tips: Order Early in the Year! No subsidizing costs for clothing unless need to round costs to nearest bill Scenario and De-brief –quantity over quality
