  20. Finalize your Action Steps and Prepare to Share 1. Finalize Next Steps: • Review all the Next Steps you’ve worked on during the day. Finalize these so you have a plan for how what your team needs to do between now and Day 1 of school. • Add new action steps to your implementation work plan 2. Prepare to Share • Decide how you will update you colleagues (and principal) • On any FYIs • Decisions your team has made • Immediate Next Steps and what has to be accomplished this summer 3.
