Performance Standards Performance Standards “Generally accepted, objective standards of measurement such as a rule or guideline against which an organization’s level of performance can be compared.” - Turning Point Management Collaborative, 2003 • Public Health Standards: • Public Health Accreditation Board (PHAB) • National Public Health Performance Standards (CDC) 80% of clients rate health department services as “good” or “excellent.”
