5. Activities Multi-stakeholder Expert panel • Advise on national strategy for: • Sustainable recovery of ULAB • Appropriate strategy for ESM Trial of the strategy in designated area • Select an interested state or province • Set up Pilot Program to test strategy

6. Activities Training Kit • Outline of ESM • Small lead recovery operations • Technologies and best practices • Specific sections to be devoted to: • Risks and hazards of lead recovery • Health and welfare of employees • Community outreach programs

7. Activities Training & Capacity Building Workshops • Based on the Training Kits • Aimed at the small/medium recycler • Interactive and participative sessions • Provides examples of good ESM • Practical solutions to waste disposal • How to change work practices
