  1. To resolve the outlet tension ring (hard) issue: • Verify it is the proper ring to begin with. It should be quite firm and stout. There have been some mix-ups with this hard tension ring and the soft one that goes behind the wear ring. • Make sure the bolt on the front of the s-tube shaft is tight enough so that stube doesn’t float back and forth. Forward tension is applied from rear end, but the front nut must be secure (no gap) so stube can’t move rearward while concrete flows through it. • Check the porting in the rear seal housing for plugs. Auger problem: • Each auger motor has it ‘s own dedicated gear pump to supply oil, but one motor will also share oil with water pump, so make sure water pump is off. • Each motor also has it’s own relief and safety dump valve so verify reliefs are set at 250 bar and dump valves work properly. O-ring between reducer and swing out elbow is W-104025-1 (198 x 6 mm). This o-ring should be bonded to reducer with the same LOCKTITE as used with the tension ring. By the way, that LOCKTITE needs to be refrigerated. OUTLET SEAL HOUSING
