  1. Vogt Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) Syndrome Vogt-Koyanagi disease causes bilateral uveitis, along with alopecia, vitiligo, and hearing loss. The choroidopathy may be associated with serous retinal detachments; when this occurs some speak of Harada's syndrome. Treatment with steroids may help to prevent visual loss.   2. B) VKH.The posterior pole shows a mottledappearance with loss of pigmentationcharacteristic of VKH. Although the fundus changes here are fairly mild, there can be dramatic fibrosisin severe cases.
