Info, What do they do? • Podcasts are files that get transferred to your desktop computer. • These files can get transferred to MP3 Players, I-pods, and other music players. • It’s similar to broadcasting from radio stations, but was advanced to do more than just send audio. • It can send pictures and any type of file. • A click wheel is needed to use a Podcast.

  3. Who uses Podcasts? • There are many people who use Podcasts such as; students to share information with teachers. • Its like a mobile class if a student is sick. • These others also use Podcasts: Sportscasts, tutorials, talk shows and Music shows.

What are the Steps? • There are 8 steps to make a Podcast. • Planning • Creating the File • Archiving to a Website • Offer Subscriptions – come from people who visit your Website • Provide a listening Software – free software • User Accommodating – tell people about what your doing. • Continue Podcasting – do more than one • Promote – your Podcast with different methods
