  2. NAVSEA TMDE Program Quarterly reports • Objective of Quarterly reports • To provide TYCOMS with status information related to prime systems currently designated SCAT 4998 in the TMDE Index. • To provide TYCOMS with status information related to the on-going effort of data review related to FSTRs.

  3. NAVSEA TMDE Program Quarterly reports • SCAT 4998 reported systems • SCAT 4998 indicates that the prime system has been reported but the measurement footprint and its associated test equipment requirements have not been identified • Currently there are 198 prime systems/equipment listed as SCAT 4998 • IHD Detachment Earle has been tasked withproviding this quarterly report starting end of first quarter of FY04.

  4. NAVSEA TMDE Program Quarterly reports • FSTR data scrub • To provide TYCOMS with status information related to the on-going effort of data review related to FSTRs • FSTR designates a test equipment allowance override that supports a unique physical equipment requirement or an equipment requirement supporting a maintenance function rather than a specific prime system. • Currently there are 906 unique FSTR codes with 2001 associated FSTR definitions. This results in 19041 FSTR to SCAT associations to be reviewed • IHD Detachment Earle has been tasked withproviding this quarterly report starting end of first quarter FY04
