  3. What is Open Range? • Voluntary Affiliate IT Shared Services Initiative: • Remove Obstacles • Promote Leading Practices • Encourage Collaboration • Economies of Scale/Volume Purchasing • To Establish Shared IT Services for the Benefit of All Oklahoma Government Affiliates

  4. What is an Affiliate? • Affiliate = Anyone who accepts tax revenue outside of the 132 Oklahoma Executive Branch Agencies.

  5. Approach • 50 % - Provide state-wide contracts for affiliates to purchase off of to allow them to use the state discounts on common purchases. • 20% - OMES to provide services where it can help save money. • 30% - 3rd party provide services, that OMES manages
