Whom to include? • Aged People [Male 3.43 million, Female 3.17 million- 6.41% of total population] • Children [Male 30.97 million, Female 27.92 million- 41% of total population] • People with disability [13.66 million- 9.6% of total population ] • Women [74.79 million– 50% of total population ]
