  2. Why do they matter? • Less emphasis on the raw numbers… • More emphasis on the golden opportunity to set goals to improve, as well as identify areas of growth • Types of Dues Reports • KCI District Dues Reports • KCI Club Information Listing • KCI Paid Membership Report • KCI Charters to Date • District Dues Reports by Region • District Paid Membership Report

  3. Service Leadership Club Reports Key Club > District Dues Reports • KCI goal= updated with DUES TRANSFERS • Organized by district, then set up by Kiwanis Division • Includes dues related info • Billed Members • Int’l/District Dues • Totals at the bottom of the district report • Harder to pinpoint areas of growth with this report

  4. Key Club > Club Information Listing • KCI goal= updated weekly • Organized alphabetically • Totals at the bottom of the district report • Able to see club status • Can use club status indicator to see which clubs need help • However, not organized by division so harder to tell • Includes Kiwanis Sponsor

  5. Key Club > Paid Membership Report • KCI goal= updated weekly • Organized alphabetically • Totals at the bottom of the district report • Includes Membership Counts and Club ID • Quick Information

  6. Key Club > Charters to Date • KCI goal= updated weekly • Includes recent charter info and Sponsoring Kiwanis Club • Great to use if you want to pinpoint newer clubs to focus on

  7. Dues Reports by Region Found on the KC Board Reflector • CNH goal = at least one per month • Using dues transfers reports are more accurate • Takes time to manipulate data • Purposeful tool • Includes numbers that can be used to IDENTIFY FOCUS AREAS • What clubs do I need to guide and encourage? • Shows membership from previous year

  8. District Paid Membership Report Found on the CNH CyberKEY • CNH goal = after dues transfers • Organized by division • Displays club information, sponsor, and status • Includes membership info from 2011-12, 2012-13 • Will change in Oct. • Includes original charter date • Idea: Recognition! • Club’s birthday!  • Recognize them for another year of service

  9. So which one is better? • There is no true ‘better’ report • Depends on the situation; what do you need? • Quick: just need numbers? > KCI Dues Reports • Need to analyze where to focus on for division membership growth? > Dues Report by Region
