Lumber Segment- Our traditional business Fort St. James Sawmill • One sawmill, including planer mill • Forest license with Annual Allowable Cut (AAC) of 640,000 m3 • Now producing 310 mmfbm of annual lumber capacity on two-shift basis Mackenzie mill assets • Two 2-line sawmills, including planer mills • Steam/power plant and associated turbine/boiler • Paper mill (excluding the headbox) • Forest license with AAC of 932,500 m3 • Site II now producing 230 million board feet of annual lumber capacity • Plans to rebuild Site 1 Sawmill to increase production to 340 mmfbm

Bioenergy Segment- Mackenzie Power Generation • Constructed on site of idled cogeneration plant, adjacent to site 1 sawmill • 173,000 ODT / year fuel supply, primarily from own sawmill residual supply • Designed to utilize existing infrastructure and new equipment, with substantial construction cost savings • Existing ABB steam boiler + new 36 MW Dresser Rand turbine to produce 230 Gwh of energy/year • Capital expended of $103.5 million, project financed through CIBC led syndicate • Now supplying renewable green electricity to over 20,000 British Columbia residences
