External Communication Articles in Construction Europe magazine: • interview with ORI President Bernard Gilliot on Innovation Challenge (July-August 2010) • interview with BoD member Raffaele Gorjux on Sustainable Development of Tourism and the Mediterranean Engineering Group (December 2010) • interview with EFCA President Jan Bosschem on the International Standing of European consulting firms (arranged for July-August 2011) 4

  5. External Communication (2) Interview with Jean Félix in Voice of EFCA of January 2011 (distributed to the EC and Europe-wide). 5

  6. New EFCA website launched New Features • Increased content • Improved lay-out • News section on home page • Online registration for meetings • Section dedicated to YPs 6

  7. Using new technologies and Social Media to improve communications YP group – Is now operating with: • LinkedIn « Young Professionals within EFCA » • skype conference calling 7

Future – using new technologies and Social Media to extend EFCA’s services and network Somepossibilities: • Publications and reports – Print-on-Demand • better stock control, especially for multi-lingual prints, possibility to personalise documents • Follow EFCA news via RSS feed • Automatic notification of news relating to topicsthat the members have pre-selected as their area of interest • Twitter – share information from EFCA & third parties, build a new network of stakeholders, provide live feedback and opinion duringevents • requires a network of members, willing and active in providing content, and a trial periodfollowed by analysis of effectiveness 8
