Internal Communication Purpose Statement Support employee engagement by: facilitating ongoing and open dialogue to connect employees to each other and to Alegent Health; and increasing employee understanding of how what they do every day helps fulfill our strategic priorities Commitment Line of Sight = + Engagement Do they know what to do? Tips for Successful Measurement • Measure by numbers or percentages • Align communication metrics to program goals/objectives • Keep it simple: communicate three achievable metrics that are being used to measure success • Provide direction in communication on what individuals can do to help achieve the metric • Build baseline measures to assess communication impact/if messages resonate (is outcome achieved?)
