Overview of Realigned Offender Population • 1170(h) Offenders – Felony offenders convicted of non-violent, non-serious, and non-sex crimes (non-non-nons) are now sentenced to county jails. • Post Release Community Supervision (PRCS) Offenders - non-non-nons released from state prison are released on PRCS (PC sec. 3451). • State Parole Revocations – revocations are now served in county jails except for certain circumstances (PC sec. 3056).
