  5. Sample logos that work!!!! • Go look at • EBAY • GAP • 7 ELEVEN • LOWE’s • PETSMART • OLD NAVY • Blockbuster video • Look at how the logo connects to the products. • PETSMART has a bouncy ball… • Blockbuster Video looks like a movie ticket….

  6. tagline • A tagline is a repeated phrase or selection of words associated with a specific product or organization. • A tagline is also called a slogan • Successful taglines: • Short and to the point • Four to six words • Conveys message of what business provides • Be consistent in design • Easy to remember

  7. Assignment • www.tripwiremagazine.com search for the article –50 examples of Catchy and Creative Slogans • Read article and create three options for your tagline for your business. (draw these out on paper. I have color pencils for you to use) • Get AT LEAST 20 people to vote on your options. Then make a final decision on your tagline and logo. • Turn in all three options and then a neat, clean page with your chosen logo and tagline.
