Rugby Council Civic Suite Development The Brief • Improve Access to the Civic Suite. • Maximise the multi-purpose nature of the Facility. • Consider Layouts/nature of the various rooms. • Utilisation of the Chamber height/capacity (Infill Floor) • Promote engagement of citizens. • Multimedia presentation systems Audio Visual. • Provide a User Friendly Members Room
