  4. Let’s Go Walkin’ • With your shape in hand, walk around the room to the music. • When the music stops, quickly findONE person near you and buddy up. • Talk about your shapes. What is the same? What is different? • When the music starts again, bid farewell and beginwalking around the room to the music. • When the music stops again, quickly findTWO people near you and buddy up. • We’ll continue with THREE, FOUR, and FIVE!

Play each game & explore each activity. • Put a check mark next to each station as you complete it.  Record ideas, extensions and additional explanations you want to remember about each of the stations.  Beprepared to share your thoughts & experiences at the end of the session.

Attribute Train • C:K 3.02     Compare geometric shapes (identify likenesses and differences). • N: K 3.02 Identify, model, describe, compare, and sort geometric two-dimensional shapes (triangles, rectangles including squares, and circles) by attributes. • C: F 3.03     Compare and contrast geometric figures. • N: F 3.02 Identify, model, describe, compare, and sort geometric two-dimensional shapes (including parallelograms, rhombus, trapezoids, and hexagons) by attributes.
