  4. Behavior of a wolf They hunt in a pack of 4-7 in average. When hunting the mother and father come they are called the alphas. And also when they hunt the alphas are the leaders of the pack. They also might sacrifice their life to save the family unit.When Wolves want to communicate they do it by:howling,barking,growling,and whining.
