Introducing the new HT13.150C dielectric, designed for high-temperature capacitor applications. This breakthrough dielectric has successfully completed accelerated life testing at 2,000 hours and 150°C, demonstrating outstanding peak current performance. It maintains stable capacitance across a temperature range, with changes from -6% to +4% between -55°C and +150°C. With low loss characteristics, the dissipation factor decreases with temperature, reaching only 0.10% at 1kHz and 150°C. This product will be launched in October and includes snubber capacitors featuring optional ultra-low ESL construction.
