Menus Starters(Non-Veg) GRILLED SALMON (OR CHICKEN) SALAD: Prime Salmon (or choose chicken) served with crispy okra silvers, wild rocket, baby tomatoes, green leaves with a spiced pickle

  2. KEEMA PATTICE: Minced lamb and herbs with chillies shaped into discs and topped with a spiced lamb tawa gravy. TAWA ANDA PAU: Halved boiled eggs lightly fried on the tawa and covered with a chopped onoin masala and herbs. Traditionally served with Pau as here. Starters(Veg) PALAK PAKORI CHATA: A delicious cake of baby spinach and gram flour mixed with tamarind chutney, masala and chopped onion topped with baby leaves. CHUTNEY, MASALA AND CHOPPED ONION TOPPED WITH BABY LEAVES. STUFFED PORTABELLO MUSHROOM Portabello Mushroom stuffed shredded paneer and potato served with a mint and coriander chutney and topped with watercress. ALOO AND CORN TIKKI: Two vegetable tikki made with potatoes, corn, ginger and green chillies. Served with tamarind and date chutney dressing CHICKPEA AND SESAME FRITTER: Two tasty chickpea fritters in a sesame coating served with a smoky aubergine chutney. JAIPURI BHINDI, ALOO AND ARBI (TARA ROOT) Small bucket of shredded bhindi with potato and tara root in gram-flour batter fried crispy. Served with a trio of dipping sauces and lemon wedges. NIMBU PANEER: Panner tossed in chopped onion masala, thick yoghurt & cream sharpened with lemon zest. Served with small portion of rice and salad garnish.
