  3. A. Business & Organizational Success VISION STATEMENT NWAC is a source of pride, inspiration and opportunity for the local community, and a regionally competitive leader both in and out of the water. .

  4. A. Business & Organizational Success MISSION STATEMENT NWAC is a competitive team that is grounded on two principles: Character and Leadership. We make room for all ages and abilities. We foster an atmosphere of Commitment and Consistency focused on the long run: where swimming becomes a lifetime sport, we routinely produce collegiate competitors and the Members are supportive of the Coaching staff. The taxpayers of the NWPRD and the NWAC members are our clients. .

  5. CULTURE VALUES: CHARACTER AND LEADERSHIP Character defines everything we do. A team-oriented, trustworthy, respectful swimmer with a positive attitude, good grades and a supportive family is what we strive for. Leadership skills are a natural outgrowth of individuals who exist daily with great character. .
