(urgent or late) • Setas are seen as funding sources rather than strategic partners in skills development • Lack of understanding of role of setas (Cannot be all things to all people) • Insufficient funding for large national programmes. • Continued pressure to drive ABET and New Venture Creation that should be national projects.
