Develop and test your E-Drive with repeatable performance runs using Unico’s E-Drive Dyno Drive. • This highly engineered E-Drive dynamometer drive is a result of working closely with clients on their requirements for EV propulsion testing. The unique design allows the drive to operate any AC motor without the current-loop setup required by conventional drives. Fixed and dynamic inertias are easy to simulate using internal models or external commands – allowing you to closely match the test requirements over a wide range of E-Drive designs. The design allows for ultra quiet operation, making it perfect for noise, vibration and harshness testing. Full four quadrant operation gives you the ability to limit or block operations in any of the quandrants, so you can limit powering in both motoring and regenerating modes.
