Third Grade News December 9th ~ December 13th Mrs. Massengale, Ms. Miller, & Mrs. Norton • What We’re Learning: • ELA (Massengale) ~ • Informational writing • Reading Because of Winn-Dixie • Math (Miller) ~ • Multiplication & division • Social Studies (Norton) ~ • Economics Important Dates 12/11 ~ 12/17 ~ Santa Shop 12/16 ~ AR Deadline 12/17 ~ PTO & Christmas program 12/18 ~ AR Walk of Fame 12/19 ~ Field trip to Manchester to see The Grinch 12/20 ~ Last day of school ~ Polar Express Day • Reminders • Students should not bring candy to school • Planners need to be signed by an adult every night • All students should be in uniform (letters will be sent home if your child is out of uniform) • Students should be reading their AR book EVERY night! The last day for AR points is 12/16!
